You can try to use the Nachi/Welchia removal tool to remove the virus.
This tool is documented in 833330 A tool is available to remove Blaster
worm and Nachi worm infections

The virus is usually on a client machine.
One you remove it be sure to visit Windows Update and download all the
security updates.
