Yet a few more things to check, You do have the SMTP service running?

Did you set your SMTP service to send through DNS or relay?

If you set it to DNS, do you have your DNS set up correctly?

IF you set it to relay, do you have the proper relay server IP address at
your ISP?

We found that alot of blacklists would not accept mail from our IP address
directly because it is assigned to an ISP. We have to relay our mail
through our ISP to make sure that all the mail gets where it's going.

If we direct send, some addresses will get it, but others like people on
aol.com, rr.com, cox.com etc will not get the messages.
