exchange newbie SBS2K3 basic question

When I setup SBS2K3 it came preloaded, where should the
information store be located? Not where is it, but where
should it be? Should it be on the primary OS drive? The c
drive is only 12 gigs, there is a second partition 68
gigs. Can I move if needed? Please advise,
