Hi,
Open the Internet Service Manager console and check the properties of the
default web site, go to the Home Directory tab and make sure the following
permissions are selected:
Read, Log Access, Index this Directory, Frontpage Web, and on the bottom,
Permissions set to Script. Ok any changes and re-start the WWW Publishing
service if you did make changes.
The problem may be related to changes to this default web site or this web
not currently running, it might also be related to Proxy problems.
