I just found this in the plain Windows Servers Newsgroup, somebody had a
similar problem either today or yesterday. Come on MS give us the scoop?

SYMPTOMS
On your Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer, you receive a Stop
error message that is similar to the following:
STOP 0x000000D1 (0x00000006,0x00000002,0x00000000, 0xba5fbc00)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
CAUSE
This problem may occur when both the following conditions are true:
a.. There is a heavy network load on your Windows Server 2003-based
computer.
b.. You are running Windows Server 2003 on a computer that has multiple
processors.
Note This problem may also occur on a Windows Server 2003-based computer
that has a single hyper-threaded processor.
