No David this is not happening on all SBS servers
How much RAM in the server
Could you take one of the chips out and see if it still does it???
Do this procedure until you have removed each chip individually. The majority of the time when we see these unexplained reboots its a RAM issue. Could be something else but you might start there

I've had two different SBS03 servers do spontaneous reboots today, one almost exactly one hour after the other. Someone else has reported the same problem in the private MS newsgroup. Is this happening to SBS03 servers everywhere?
