I rebooted my NT4 server this morning and now when I open
up my Small Business Server Console, I receive "HTTP Error
403 403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden
This error can be caused if you try to execute a CGI,
ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that
does not allow programs to be executed"

The last change that I made to the server was adding
McAfee Groupshield. None of the windows (home, tasks, more
tasks) will work, I just get the same 403.1 forbidden
error. Has anyone seen this before or can point me in the
right direction to fix?
