Use static internal and forget wht ISP says sign up for a free service like
www.dyndns.org which keeps track of your ever changing IP address, bingo,
you have solved both problems. And if you sign up for the Custom DNS you can
have you own host name, like a .com, .net or .org possibilities are endless.
With the free one, you address would be something like myname.dyndns.org. If
you dont mind neither will I.
