Hi,

This may be due to permissions on the DTC files. Please verify permissions
on the folloiwng files:

<system root>:\Windows\System32\msdtc.exe

Administrators - Full Control
Authenticated Users - Read & Execute, Read
Server Operators - Modify, Read & Execute, Read, Write
System - Full Control

<system root>:\Windows\System32\msdtclog.dll

Administrators - Full Control
Authenticated Users - Read & Execute, Read
Server Operators - Modify, Read & Execute, Read, Write
System - Full Control

If permissions are not the problem, please try running the following at a
command prompt:

msdtc -resetlog
