Thanks for the suggestion but it did not fix the problem.
We have created a new profile for a user in Outlook and
set the exchange account as the only one. The mail is
still not downloaded from the mailbox on the SBS server
to the user. I am sure this is a setting within
Exchange/SBS/Pop3 Connector and not to do with Outlook,
as local email is delivered correctly, ie status reports
from the server etc.
