lsass.exe-system error

OK IM AM SO PISSED RIGHT NOW, I HAVE A SBS2003, AND NOW
AFTER HAVING IT FOR 2 WEEKS, SPENDING A LOT OF HOURS
CONFIGURING IT, IT TAKES A COMPLETE DIVE TO HELL!
Now when I start the machine, it goes through the entire
process of loading windows, but when I get to the Blue
sceen, at which time the "starting windows" dialog box
appears, I get a box, with a red "X" which says lsass.exe
This is a new one for me, and when I hit OK the computer
restarts, and the entire process starts all over again.
I have tried booting in all forms, SAFE MODE, with and
w/out networking, etc etc etc, but nothing works!!!!
Apparently I have to boot everything from scratch, as
though I had the time or a backup to do to, any help
would be greatly appreciated....
