If you are using the Backup Configuration Wizard, then hardware compression
is turned on by default and will compress if the hardware that you are
backing up to has hardware compression enabled. There is no way to change
this behavior when using the Backup Confiuration Wizard. If the hardware
allows you to turn off compression then the Backup Configuration will not
override that.
