Hi Prem,
My advice would be for you to purchase a pppoe aware DSL router to place
between your SBS and the dsl modem. The router will keep your DSL connection
up.
PPPoE connection software on the server turns what could/should be a full
time broadband connection into what equates to a dialup connection, albeit a
fat one.
While you are picking up the dsl router, get a second nic for the server,
after you have it set up you will be very satisfied with yourself.
