Chris,
Check to see if the PHP file extensions are allowed by IIS.. by default the
would be prohibited. To check go under Start/Administrative Tools/Internet
Information Services (IIS) Manager, then click on Web Service Extensions..
You may then need to click on Add a new Web Service Extension to add the
needed file extensions to be allowed.
