Thanks for the reply. As it turns out, I upgraded to Outlook 2003, redid the
import, and all is OK. Didn't want to upgrade, since the site is on Office
2000. Don't like to throw to much change at the users, but had no choice.
Did almost look at the ExMerge tool, but didn't want any issues downstream.

Only HTML files would not display, weird. Was looking all over for some sort
of blocking on the server side, but none there. Yet on my test system at
home, didn't have the problem. On difference is originally, Outlook 2000 was
setup for POP, then converted to Corporate. It needed the CD when adding
services. The install had all the latest patches, wondering if old files got
mixed up with new...who knows.
