No, as is explained here: http://www.smallbizserver.net/

"ATTENTION!!!!! IF YOU BOOT THE NEW SERVER WITH THE NEW MOTHERBOARD AND
OTHER NEW HARDWARE DO THIS FIRST:

Get the Motherboard manual and study this carefully. Open the BIOS screen
first and set the appropriate choices. If you do not know how to do that you
should never move your server to new hardware. Set correct boot disk and
configure onboard Network adapters if any.

If you have configured the BIOS properly boot into 'Directory Restore Mode'.
Hit F8 as soon as you see something on your screen and you will get a screen
with the choices below.

Logon to the server and install the drivers for the new Network Adapters and
any other new hardware that need drivers that are not included in the
operating system.

WARNING!

It can take a very long time until the server has installed and recognized
all new hardware. Let is sit at least 15 minutes before you do anything. It
may even warn you that new hardware is installed and that the server needs
to reboot. If that is the case reboot again in Directory Services Restore
Mode."
