Quickbooks is not a Server application although it can be
deployed as a workgroup application with common shared
datafiles.

So,
- Each User needs to RWW into their own individual
workstation. Only one person can access a worstation using
RWW at a time.

- Deploy the Quickbooks datafiles on a network share.

- Create a mapped drive on each workstation pointing to
the Quickbooks share.

- Point the locally running Quickbooks application on each
workstation to its local mapped drive.

Supports up to 5 simultaneous users... and they logon with
their normal User permissions.

As noted, what you do in each situation <requires> that
the application first be identified and know how it works.
A different solution would be required for different
application architectures.
