Did you rerun the internet connection wizard after you uninstalled the ISA?

Did you put the A/V on the "default web site" or tell it to load new?

DNS server should be the internal IP address of the server. Where are
the 127.0.0.1 addresses?

If worse comes to worse you can always muck out the sharepoint and
reinstall but let's check the other stuff first...
