Chester,

Are there any users that are still able to use Outlook with RPC over HTTP to
the server? To try and determine if maybe there is maybe something else
preventing you from being able to logon.. Also, assuming that you can still
logon to OMA and OWA with no problems correct? When you try to use Outlook
remotely are there any event messages showing up on the server at all?

Something you might want to check is in Control Panel/User Accounts/Advanced
and then click the Managed Passwords button.. Do you have anything saved
that matches the name of the fqdn you are using for RPC over HTTP? If so, if
you remove it and then attempt to logon using Outlook does it work then?

You might also take a look at the IIS log in
\%systemroot%\system32\logfiles\w3svc1 to see if you are getting any
errors..
