you can only configure one mail account per Outlook profile to connect to an
Exchange mailbox - that's the error you are getting. What you need to do is
to create separate Outlook profiles.

To do this, go to Control Panel > Mail (in classic view) > Show Profiles >
and create a new profile.

At least for my home PC that's what I do. So I have one profile that
connects to my home SBS / Exchange directly. Then I've created separate
Outlook profiles to each remote SBS 2003 server I support and connect ot the
remote Exchange systems via RPC over HTTP.
