Just a thought...the SBS Getting Started Guide specifies that in order to
allow RWW through the firewall device you must allow incoming access to port
4125 (which you said you did) and port 443. I have not seen mention of 443
being opened on your firewall so you might look at that if you haven't done
this already.
You must also allow access to the RWW web server on the Web Services
Configuration page of the CEICW.
Check also that you have enabled Remote Assistance on internal systems that
you wish to access and that you have specified users/groups on your domain
to be permitted to access those machines. By default it's only the
currently logged on user.
