Access Links on RWW

I have mobile with DUN whom log in and say that when they
log into RWW and then access the company website they
have no problem. But, when they try to use the default
links for "info & answers" or "remote emailAccess" that
the page do not display. I can access those links via the
LAN without any problems. Where might you suggest I start
to look as fixing this problem. Thank you for your time.

You cannot run both ASP.Net v1.1 and v2.0 with a single Application Pool, so what you have to do is split the Companyweb and your application virtual directories off into their own Application Pool. ...
