Administrator Password for Exchange?

Hello!
When logged into SBS2003 premium as Admin, opening
Exchange System Manager, when I try to view/access public
folders I am asked for user & password. The default for
user comes in as domain/administrator. I enter my normal
logon password and nothing happens. I get another logon
screen again. Anyone know what I'm missing here? I've
tried removing the domain name and just
using 'administrator' for user and my normal password.
I've tried entering other user names with admin
permissions and still no luck.
Thanks.
