Found something else, too. Under the default website, the Exchange subsite
points at local path:
\\.\BackOfficeStorage\domain.com\MBX
I searched for this location (search for "BackOfficeStorage") and couldn't
find it anywhere on the server. Maybe it's just the "Mailbox Store" under
the Exchange server Advanced Managemet tool --> servers --> servername -->
first storage group --> mailbox store (servername)?

OK, move everything works now, but OWA is still messed up.
To be specific:
http://server/exchange doesn't work
http://server/remote functions correctly, but when I log in, I don't get the
option to set up outlook over internet or go to OWA
http://server/backup works fine
http://server/monitoring works fine.

I suggest you to remove the "Intranet" from the Default Website's host
header, then run the SBS integrated setup and pick Reinstall Next to the
Server Tools.
