Monitoring in sbs 2003 not working (full version)

When I click on the monitoring in server managment All I get is the
following;

No Performance data is available at this time. Performance data is collected
hourly

It has been like this for two days after the initial setup. I checked for
the instance of monitoring in inetpub and it is there. I looked at the
config in iis.The default website ip is set to the internal ip address of
the server. There is also a custom header asp.net.
Any ideas?
