831464 Fix did not fix the problem. It occurs whether
you are either side of the firewall. Cleaned up the
Windows IIS Temp area as well as all the other areas you
indicated. Like I said, it looks just like Microsoft
Article 330220.

Port 4125 is open on TCP. Should UDP also be opened?
