1. Ensure that the users are members of the SBS internet users group
2. Ensure that the workstations are set up to use ISA's proxy
(http://servername:8080)
3. Ensure that the firewall client is correctly installed on the
workstations
4. Ensure that you have a protocol rule in ISA to allow 'SBS internet users'
access to either, all protocols, or add a rule for NNTP port 119 TCP and
messenger port 1863 TCP if you don't want to give carte blanche access
5. Ensure you don't have a 'deny rule' somewhere stuffing things up
Check your ISA logs!
