That database is located in the following location <%system drive%>\Program
Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL$SharePoint\data
It is part of the SharePoint databases so it doesn't automatically show up
in SQL Enterprise manager. You must add the register the SharePoint
instance first in Enterprise Manager before it will show up.
If you go to http://companyweb does it open up your SharePoint site or does
it return the same error?
Also make sure you have applied all of the patches available for SBS 2003
from windowsupdate. There is one patch that fixed a problem with the
Intranet installation (which includes SharePoint).
