I've just had to do the same thing as #1. #2, I'm not sure and will watch
your thread here in case someone else can help.
If you're using the SBS standard NAT firewall (i.e., not using ISA), you
want to rerun the CEICW and when you get to the firewall option, "enable
firewall". You get the 4 items that are there by default. Click "add" and
insert one called POP3 for port 110 and TCP.
You can double check that it's working by going to a cmd prompt and telnet
your server on port 110 "telnet server.domain.com 110" You get something
like "Microsoft Exchange POP server version X.XX Ready" if it's working.
Then confirm that the user and password work by typing:
user <username> -- should return "+OK"
pass <password> -- should return something like "user successfully logged
in"
to see emails waiting for them, type "list"
Hope this helps.

I have SBS Installed and working OK.
Exchange up and working OK.
MX record points to SBS server, works OK.
Question is two fold.
1. Can I make the default domain name I have "mycompany.com" available so
that a few outside support people can get to their mailboxes with a simple
pop3 client.
2. Can I set up another organization, with second domain name, and also
allow them to have external pop3 mail access. Lots of confused on how to do
this.
