When you run CEICW, select "Enable Firewall". Under Web Services
Configuration, check "Outlook Mobile Access". Under Web Server Certificate,
remember the name of "Web Server Name", make sure the name you specify here
is reachable from the Internet. CEICW is going to use this name to generate
the ISA Destination Set.
If you specify server.domain.com, then the OMA URL will be
http://server.domain.com/oma. You can't use http://IP/OMA when you didn't
use IP for the Web Server Name.
