I have 2 gigs in my server at the office with dual processors. Watch
that performance counters and what not on the task manager... the only
time mine climbs is when I'm remoting into it.

Also what's the disk speed and what not... Steve F recommends a healthy
I/O as well there.
I think I would bite the bullet and call PSS... i think there's a driver
or something eating into that performance but I don't remember all the
tools to debug that.
