Chuck,
You may want to try this; it worked for me. Go into
Server Management -> Users (Active Directory). Right
click the user, select properties, and where it says
email alias (i'm not sure which tab it is on), type the
FULL email address (alias@xxx.com) for the user. Do this
for every user. See if this works, it did for me!
