Thanks to Eric Vogel for #1 I renamed the GUID key to
_GUID and the service started right up.
The fix is to edit the registry and delete the GUID Key in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/MICROSOFT SQL
SERVER/SHAREPOINT/SQLSERVERAGENT
Then start the SQLAGENT$SHAREPOINT in the Services, and
SharePoint and Backup Exec will work. Do note, in Backup
Exec, you may have to start the services for Backup Exec
at the login screen or in Services.
