RE: sbs installation and clients not opening encrypted files

Try logging in as the local account that used to access the files and then
decrypt the files.

You can also try to login as the local administrator and choose to decrypt
the files.

You can decrypt them by right clicking on the file and going to properties,
click advanced and uncheck the encrypt file contents box.
