SecureNAT client receiving 403 Forbidden (12202) when trying to browse

ISA supports 3 types of clients,
Proxy client
SNAT client
Web Client

When you configure your browser with proxy information,
regardless whether you are configured with a working Proxy
client or not does not matter... you are connecting as a
Web Proxy client.
