All of the users have to have the primary address for the server.
If abc.com is the primary address then everyone has to have that address.
It doesn't have to be their primary address but they at least have to have
it.
If you look at the properties of the Exchange virtural directory, you will
see the local path is somthing like
\\.\BackOfficeStorage\abc.com\MBX
The use must have an address of abc.com to have his mailbox be accessible
through this link.
As for the other issue, you need the patch from
831464 FIX: IIS 6.0 Compression Corruption Causes Access Violations
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=831464
Once you apply this patch, you must delete the contents of %windir%\IIS
Temporary Compressed Files on the server and clear the IE cache on the
client machines and if ISA is installed, you must delete the cache for ISA.
Otherwise the patch won't appear to work.
