What operating system are you running the search from? If XP or 2000, are
any errors generated in event viewer? Are there any errors on the server's
event viewer? What version of server are you running? Are the users
connected via LAN or are they remote. Are they running the search through
Sharepoint or using Start - Find - File or Folders?
