Addl Email Addresses

Thanks for the guidance below from yesterday. However,
I'm still not able to access the "Exchange Address" tab
in properties.

When I go through the AD user, view, advanced... It
shows nothing different in properties. This is very
frustrating. The user is receiving emails to two
additional addresses set up in the SMTP additional email
address in that tab.

Any other ideas? Help!
