Replication scheduling is controlled in the Active Directory Sites and
Services snap-in. Drill down to Sites, Inter-Site Transports, IP, then
open the DEFAULTIPSITELINK properties. You can adjust the times that
replication is available or not available, and also the period of time
between replications when it is available.
