John can you open Enterprise Manger for SQL and do you see the databases OK?
In services is MSSQL$SHAREPOINT running? If you can go into your Sharpoint
Database in SQL Enterprise Manger and then drill down to Tables and then on
the DOC's table right click and then return all rows and see data or
documents you might have uploaded it is working.
