Ok, let's do this. Run CEICW, put down domain.local as the email domain.
Next, run CEICW again, put down the ourdomain.com as the email domain.
Next, restart Exchange System Attendent service. Next, check the user
account, verify their primary email address is correct. It should be
userX@ourdomain.com.
Now, test the mailflow.
