Backup Failing

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have a couple of customers with SBs 2003 Premium that are having trouble
with backups. The backup report consistently shows the backup failed.
However, looking at the logs shows that a number of files are being skipped
because they are in use. I suspect a problem with VSS. Can anyone point me
in the right direction to resolving this?

Thanks - Larry
