Thanks for replying Susan.

Here is what I did. Before I upgraded my SBS box from 2k to 2k3, I did the
remote uninstall from the Trend console. After my SBS upgrade I then did
the remote install from the Trend console.

Not sure if that is what you were telling me to do.
