Ok, I just got off the phone AGAIN with Covad. They said I have to use PPOE
and once I connect it gives me my static IP address. They stand firm that
the default gateway address is the same as my IP address. The problem is, I
show the IP address of 67.101.2xx.xxx with a subnet mask of 255.0.0.0 and
they told me to use a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255. Does that sound
correct?

I don't know who to call, everyone is pointing fingers at someone else at
this point and I sit with no resolution. Any ideas?

Thanks!
