Double check that the time at those workstations is properly synced with the
SBS, and that current patches are on the PCs. From there make sure that the
Domain Administrator is a member of the Local Administrators group. Finally,
the behavior can be produced intentionally if a local policy or group policy
has been set to block remote management, or disable administrative shares.
