Incoming mail not getting through.

Just installed SBS2003 and can send outgoing mail no
problem. Incoming mail is never making it to the
server. I have NO-IP handling the domain routing, and
can connect to the server using the domain name without
problem from the outside world. Internal e-mail flows
without incident, it is just incoming that poses a
problem. Any ideas??
