No Windows updates does not give you all updates at this time, but
Microsoft is working on this.
Software Update Service 2.0 will but it won't be out until a bit
later... in the meantime
www.shavlik.com downloand the hfnetchkpro limited which will scan one
server and 10 workstations for free... but if you are serious about
keeping a network secure... I bought a license to it.. it's that good.
I subscribe to Microsoft security bulletin notifications.

And be aware that they typically come out the second Tuesday of each
month. If it's a particularly nasty one there will be an "out of band"
distribution.
Also watch this newsgroup as we will let you know when there is a
security issue.
