howdy all,
in Day 2 of my migration, and things are going tolerably well, thanks to
some timely input from this group!
I am having a couple of minor issues with Exchange, but I have enough
documentation to slog through them, I think. What I do need some input on
is Remote Desktop.
We are going through a firewall that routes incoming traffic by port to the
correct hosts. While I am able to Remote Desktop the server from inside the
company LAN, I want ot find a way to enable someone to get in via an
Internet connection. Checking netstat while running Remote Desktop showed
me that it's not using any specific ports but grabbing random ones.
My question is how can I route traffic to allow an outside user to access
Remote Desktop?
Thanks for any input, and while I'm waiting I'm going to wade through
hip-deep stacks of Exch 2003 docs...
