Chris ..glad to see another Fortinet fan on the newsgroup..
Pat your right except the protocol your referring too is protocol 47 or GRE
If you can port map PPTP (1723)on your linksys and open GRE (47) you should
be able to connect to the SBS server. This isnt possible on all devices as
some dont offer configuration changes outside TCP and UDP..
If this is the case you should be able to VPn directly to the linksys or go
for your plan B and take the Linksys out of equation
