Is this the update that you downloaded from the DELL site?

Thanks, Adi

Problem

Dell PowerEdge 2400, 2450 and 4400 servers may lockup during Exchange
disk operations that are particularly input output (I/O) intensive.
This occurs only on Exchange 5.5 under Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows 2000.

Discussion

Dell has identified an issue with the PERC ROMB RAID controller
firmware on the above servers.

NOTE: RAID on motherboard (ROMB) refers to PERC controllers that are
imbedded on the motherboard (system board) of your server.

The issue only occurs under the following circumstances:

Defrag of the database.
Repair of the database.
Heavy disk use under normal operation.
This only occurs when using the following RAID controllers with
versions of driver or firmware earlier than 2.5:

PowerEdge 2400 - PERC 2/Si
PowerEdge 2450 - PERC 3/Si
PowerEdge 4400 - PERC 3/Di
When the lockup occurs no error message is generated. The display
simply stops responding and the only way to restore normal operation
to the server is to power it off and then back on again.
